- Be between 15-40 years of age
- African citizenship or heritage
- Demonstrated leadership experience in youth organizations
- Provide recommendation letters from relevant authorities
- Commitment to AU Agenda 2063 and UN SDGs 2030
- Willingness and ability to travel across Africa
- Capability to register AYUDC in your country (for CRs)
- Commitment to attend General Assembly meetings
